Walling panels
 We use a specially formulated 5mm foam PVC panel for our walling infills. The thickness of the panel ensures that there is good fire retardancy (self extinguishing) and is also very robust. The low specific gravity of our panel however, also satisfies the needs for weight saving. A conventional 5mm panel weighs 6.88kgs. The new low weight panel weighs just 4.76kgs. This is fractionally heavier than a conventional 3mm panel that is now considered to be a poor substitute. Breakage is substantially reduced.
Panels are available in a variety of colours including - new to the range - silver. Finishes are either in a matt surface or a very hard gloss surface. All colours with the exception of silver are also available in the USA and throughout Europe.
Through the manufacturers, we now have in place, a direct European delivery service. This enables us to make deliveries of walling panels at a fraction of the cost.
During the season, we do carry very good stocks of white lightweight panels. Other colours however are normally available within 3 working days.
We also carry stocks of tinted Lexan window panels, which can be incorporated into the walling.
All walling panels can be silk screened with a flood colour if a standard colour is not acceptable.
Likewise, if part of the panel needs to have a carbon fibre effect, we carry the maximum width currently available which is 762mm (30”).

We are constantly looking at new profiles and new applications to keep our pit display system the best and the easiest in the world to build quickly and efficiently.
We use only the highest grade alloys ensuring that your new walling system will last for many seasons.
All metalwork can be powder coated before leaving us. We use the RAL colour guide for painting. The recent introduction of the entire family of STX2045 round uprights has been further enhanced by the choice of being able to add either round beams or flat beams to complete the framework. The Showtrax Seamless Walling System
Now, at long last, you can upgrade your walling system to take panels that hide all of the framework, making your walling the All New Showtrax Seamless Wall.
Working with your existing framework, we convert the face of the uprights and beams to a very high grade steel finish. Magnetic strips are applied to the new panels which of course will be larger than the normal infill panels and a completely new pitbox is created. Polarity is not a problem and the panels are firmly fixed to the framework. They do not move or break free if subjected high winds etc. No tools are required, no extra time, no new metalwork – just built in exactly the same way as always. The panels do not rattle or bow and they look great all of the time.
However, the unique feature about the New Showtrax Seamless Wall is the cost of producing it.
The new panel is wider and bonded to the back of it is the all magnetic strip. This adds just 2mm to the thickness. Everything is just ready to go.
Upgrading to the new seamless walling look, requires you to have a new fascia panel and high grade thin steel bonded to your framework. If you deliver just the framework to us, we can supply either our own lightweight foamboard or Dilite panels all ready to go complete with your framework transformed.

The Showtrax Onewall
Designed to be lightweight and completely seamless, this panel, built to exacting standards, will be the ideal choice for F1, Moto GP teams and other major race teams.
A composite panel utilising an aluminium frame and a lightweight infill.
The locking mechanism is exactly the same as our seamless and profile walling, so everything can be mixed and matched. For teams, running the complete Onewall system, instead of having to pay for expensive support panels behind the long runs of walling, these can be simply made out of our profiles, i.e beams and uprights. This flexibility makes it just so easy to use and inexpensive on the pocket!! Panels can be made to any size.

Worktops
Our new range of Reynabond aluminium sheeting is an ideal way to make a lightweight and thin, but yet incredibly strong, worktop. Available in a range of colours they can be routed and fitted to our walling profiles. The tops can also be covered in specialist colours such as a carbon fibre finish and then completely covered in Ventureshield to eliminate any scratching.
Cooling Shelf
The cooling shelf can be built into the Showtrax Walling to enable drivers/riders to keep their helmet and gloves cool. Small spot lighting above sets the shelf off really well, whilst a cupboard can also be built underneath for storage.
