Tyre Trolleys

All of our Tyre Trolleys are customised to your requirements. We hold all the components in stock and delivery is very fast.

  • Exact dimensions of the wheel spas to fit your wheels
  • Option of removing top from base for easy packing
  • Each level can take either 6 or 8 wheels.
  • Lockable wheels
  • Option of having gas bottles at front of unit or underneath, or both
  • Choice of pneumatic or solid wheels.
  • Natural or powder coated finish.

As a guide, the dimensions are 1670mm high x 1030mm wide x 2000mm long. The towing arm length is 1100mm and it is fitted with a 50mm tow hitch.

All of our trolleys use the best quality aluminium and have been tested extensively before entering production.

Please note that we also make trolleys for every conceivable use. These include fuel drum carriers and floor trolleys. All are designed to be either hitched to a ‘quad’ or can be hand pulled.

Wheel Baths

Manufactured from stainless steel, our wheel bath is ideal for cleaning and preparation of wheels/tyres for race teams. It is fitted with two pairs of bearing rollers for easy rotation of the wheel during prep time. The angled base leads to a drainage hole with bung for water disposal and removable legs make it easier to transport. A single wheel version is also available.

Tyre Heater Racks

Designed predominately for endurance racing, our tyre heater rack can pre-heat up to three sets of wheel/tyre combinations. The frame is constructed in two sections from steel, with a chequer-plate base and perforated false aluminium floor to enable the heat to pass underneath and through each set of tyres to maximise temperatures.

Heat is maintained within the rack by a strong PVC black awning which can be unzipped in three individual sections for access to each set. Three clear perspex pockets on the outside of the cover enables sets to be marked up for easier identification whilst the heater is in use. A velcro flap on the top of the unit helps the hot air pass through and prevents the awning from over inflation.

The heat is obtained from a direct fired propane gas heater which can be purchased or hired from Showtrax with all necessary fittings.
