Quicktrax™ overhead gantry system

The Showtrax Quicktrax™ Gantry is now recognised as being one of the strongest and most robust gantries in the world and as such, is used by many teams worldwide.

The design and application for a garage or awning configuration, has allowed us to produce the gantry mainly as a duo system using ‘ladder‘ legs and spans. With the ability to retain such enormous strength, there is still no deflection over a 12 metre span and considerable weights can be attached. Unique to our Quicktrax system is a slider section that allows the user to fit the garage exactly whatever the width.

Volume and weight consequently are reduced by over 30%, thereby creating large savings for those teams involved in ‘fly always‘.

Quicktrax™ is also extremely fast to build and break down. A Quicktrax™ Gantry for a 6m wide garage takes approximately 15 minutes to build by two persons.

There are many applications that the Quicktrax™ system can be used in. Apart from garage or awning lighting rigs, they are also used as start/finish points in rallying, winners rostrums and as outside rigs, such as Le Mans, for endurance racing.
